Hi, I’m Coby—owner of Coby Roof Repair here in Long Beach.

Roofing runs in my blood. My grandfather started our family’s roofing business back in the 1960s. My dad and uncle carried on the tradition, and I grew up right alongside them—learning the trade one shingle, one leak, and one repair at a time. By the time I was out of high school, I was already walking roofs with a hammer in my hand and a deep respect for doing the job right.

After college, I stepped into the corporate world for a while. But in 2020, like so many others, I was laid off. I returned to help my (now retired) dad with roof repairs, and I quickly realized how much I missed the work—and how much people still need honest roofers who know how to fix things instead of just recommending a full replacement.

So, I started Coby Roof Repair with a simple mission: keep good roofs from being torn off too soon. If your roof has a leak or a problem, I’ll assess it honestly and offer repair options before ever suggesting a full replacement. In most cases, repairs are all that’s needed—and I take pride in helping homeowners avoid unnecessary expenses.

We’re a local, family-rooted business—not a big company trying to upsell or subcontract. Just real, honest work for Long Beach neighbors who want to protect their homes without breaking the bank.
